Summer Menu

Dean Williams, Head Chef, and Neil Reveler, the Restaurant Manager, have worked together to create a menu for the upcoming summer season in the Swan Valley.  Seasonal ingredients and local produce are always a factor, however the positive feedback we have received from previous seasons has not been ignored.  This season you will find some sumptuous delights such as Venison Rump, Chermoula Free Range Chicken Breast and Salmon Saltimbocca.  And Chef's daily specials will always make your choice just that little bit harder!
