Winter Menu

Dean Williams, Head Chef, and Neil Reveler, the Restaurant Manager, have worked together to create a menu for the upcoming winter season in the Swan Valley.  Seasonal ingredients and local produce are always a factor, however the positive feedback we have received from previous seasons has not been ignored.  This season you will find some sumptuous delights such as Honey Duck Breast, Seared Kangaroo Fillet and Lamb Loin Wellington.  And Chef's daily specials will always make your choice just that little bit harder!
