A La Carte Menu

Our new Head Chef, Jamie Skinner, and Neil Reveler, the Restaurant Manager, have worked together to create a menu for the upcoming season in the Swan Valley.  Seasonal ingredients and local produce are always a factor, however the positive feedback we have received from previous seasons has not been ignored.  This season you will find some sumptuous delights such as Stir Fried Spanner Crab Omelette, Linley Valley Pork Coteletta and Twice Cooked Duck.  And Chef's daily specials will always make your choice just that little bit harder! There is also a vegetarian Menu for you to enjoy.
