À La Carte Menu
Our Head Chef, Jamie Skinner, and Neil Reveler, the Restaurant Manager, have worked together to create a menu for the upcoming season in the Swan Valley. Seasonal ingredients and local produce are always a factor, however the positive feedback we have received from previous seasons has not been ignored. This season you will find some sumptuous delights such as Asian flavoured roast duck salad, chilli-spiked lychees, green papaya, peanut and tamarind caramel. Or try our hearty slow cooked lamb rump served with truffle mash, English spinach and onion jam, which is guaranteed to warm you up on these winter days! Together with a great, full bodied shiraz and followed by a sticky date and caramel pudding – mmm what could be better!
And Chef's daily specials will always make your choice just that little bit harder! There are also vegetarian options for you to enjoy. Naturally we are happy to cater to any specific dietary requirements.
