Brookleigh Estate in the Swan Valley offers premium equestrian facilities for clinics, workshops and horse-friendly stays. Whether attending a training clinic, participating in an equestrian workshop or enjoying a weekend getaway with your horse, Brookleigh provides a memorable experience. Renowned instructors from across Australia and overseas regularly host clinics here across a range of disciplines.

INDOOR RIDING AREA SWAN VALLEY WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Brookleigh Estate’s indoor riding arena measures 80m x 30m and features a premium, well-maintained surface suitable for both jumping and flatwork. The arena includes a public viewing gallery and PA system, making it ideal for competitions, clinics and workshops. Adjacent to the arena is a seminar room within the main stable block, equipped with IT and presentation facilities for training sessions and events.

WARM UP & OUTDOOR ARENA

Brookleigh Estate offers premium outdoor equestrian facilities, including a 60m x 20m arena ideal for dressage, showjumping warm-ups, clinics or private hire. The property also features a covered, floodlit round yard (18m diameter) perfect for safe lunging and loose schooling. Located in the Swan Valley, Brookleigh provides excellent facilities for riders, trainers and equestrian events.

HORSE STABLING & DAY YARDS

Brookleigh Estate offers flexible horse stabling, day yards and paddocks available for hourly, daily, overnight or short-stay hire. Perfect for visiting riders, clinics, competitions and equestrian events in the Swan Valley, with facilities designed for the comfort and care of both horse and rider.

HORSE AGISTMENT SWAN VALLEY | BROOKLEIGH ESTATE EQUESTRIAN

Brookleigh Estate offers horse agistment in the heart of the Swan Valley in a welcoming environment suited to all disciplines and horse types. While agistment is currently closed, Brookleigh provides full board, part board, short stay and event agistment options. Contact the team to join the waiting list for future availability.
