Brookleigh Estate is the only BYO wedding venue in the Swan Valley, giving you complete flexibility over your food, beverages and styling.
We have simplified our package options to allow you to design the wedding that suits you best whether that is a beautifully relaxed Elopement Package, a complete DIY celebration, or a package including our Ceremony and Reception Inclusions to ease the planning process.
You are welcome to select your own caterer, curate your drink selection and style your event exactly as you envision it.
Every wedding at Brookleigh is unique, and our approach ensures your celebration reflects your personality, priorities and story.

Brookleigh Estate offers a limited number of exclusive wedding dates each year, and our pricing structure can vary depending on season, package selection and availability.
Rather than publishing static pricing, we provide a tailored pricing guide upon enquiry so you receive the most accurate and up-to-date information.
This also ensures that any future adjustments are communicated directly and clearly to our couples.

Yes. We host only one wedding event per date.
You will have exclusive use of all designated wedding spaces for your celebration, ensuring your ceremony, pre-dinner and reception areas remain private to your event.
Please note that Brookleigh Estate operates as a working estate, and separate facilities such as the equestrian centre, day spa or scheduled tours may operate independently of your wedding spaces.

Your Estate Venue Coordinator ensures Brookleigh Estate is prepared, presented and operating smoothly on the day of your wedding.
This includes setting up included furniture according to your floor plan, overseeing venue facilities and assisting with estate-related matters.
This role does not include event styling, décor installation, supplier management, timeline coordination or guest direction.
If you require full event coordination or styling services, we recommend engaging a wedding planner.

150 GUESTS COCKTAILIncluded reception furniture covers up to 100 guests. Additional guests may require supplementary hire items arranged by the couple or stylist.
